Preferred Contractor Network

Better Contractors. Better Projects. Greater Confidence.

A carefully structured network designed to connect homeowners with qualified construction professionals.

Preferred contractor network

Contractors with verified experience and a proven record of work

Finding the right contractor is one of the most important decisions a homeowner will make. Construction Guardian is developing a preferred network of contractors and specialty trades that have completed an independent review of their business qualifications, experience, insurance, references, communication practices, and documented work history.

Our vetting process may include

  • Business registration and identity verification
  • Current insurance documentation
  • Applicable license verification
  • Relevant project and trade experience
  • Customer and professional references
  • Review of completed-project photographs
  • Complaint, dispute, and communication history
  • Written proposal and change-order practices
  • Payment schedule and deposit practices
  • Commitment to professional conduct and documentation
What “preferred” means

A better starting point—not a blank check.

Preferred contractors are not simply companies that paid to appear on a list. They must provide documentation and demonstrate relevant work experience before being considered.

Placement in the network does not guarantee future performance, pricing, scheduling, code compliance, or the outcome of any project. Homeowners should still review the contractor’s current insurance, references, written proposal, contract terms, permits, and project-specific qualifications before hiring.

Construction Guardian remains independent. A homeowner is never required to hire a preferred contractor, and using one does not replace project oversight, contract review, or normal due diligence.
