Construction Guardian represents the homeowner’s interests within the agreed scope but does not become the contractor of record and does not direct means, methods, sequencing, or jobsite safety.
Not a Substitute for Licensed Professionals
Services do not replace legal counsel, architects, engineers, municipal inspectors, environmental specialists, licensed trade professionals, public adjusters, insurance professionals, or other regulated experts when their services are required.
Visible Conditions and Documents
Observations are generally limited to visible and reasonably accessible conditions at the time of review. Concealed conditions, destructive testing, laboratory testing, and code enforcement are outside the service unless separately arranged with an appropriate professional.
Disputes and Fund Recovery
Construction Guardian may assist with documentation, organization, communication, contractor replacement planning, and next-step guidance. Construction Guardian does not guarantee recovery of money or a particular legal, insurance, or contractual result.
Client Agreement Controls
The signed client agreement defines the actual scope, limitations, fees, responsibilities, and terms for each engagement.
